Privacy Policy

1. Overview

UIGRAM ("we", "us", "the site") operates https://uigram.com, a free browser-based mockup generator. This page describes what information we and our partners collect when you visit the site, and how it is used. By using UIGRAM you agree to the practices described below.

2. Content you create

The mockups you build (uploaded screenshots, text, images) are processed entirely in your browser. We do not upload, store, or transmit them to our servers. Closing the tab or clearing your browser storage removes them.

3. Information we collect

• Local storage / cookies: we use them to remember your language preference and a small mockup-export counter. This data stays in your browser.
• Aggregated analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count anonymous page views and measure performance. They do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request information (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. Logs are short-lived.
• Email correspondence: if you write to contact@uigram.com, we keep that message to reply to you.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We use them, and allow selected third parties to use them, in order to:

• remember your settings (language, UI state);
• measure traffic and performance in aggregate.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies does not affect the core mockup generator — it works fully client-side.

5. Affiliate links

UIGRAM displays a small number of affiliate banners and links to third-party services (currently: Creative Fabrica). When you click such a link and make a purchase or sign up on the destination site, UIGRAM may receive a small referral commission at no extra cost to you.

Affiliate links on UIGRAM are static images and links — they do not load tracking scripts on this site, do not place cookies on our domain, and do not personalise the content you see on UIGRAM. Once you click and visit the destination site, that site's own privacy policy and cookies apply.

Affiliate links are marked with the rel="sponsored" attribute as recommended by Google.

6. Other third-party services

• Buy Me a Coffee and NOWPayments — embedded donation widgets. They load only if you interact with them and are governed by their own privacy policies.
• Tailwind CSS / html2canvas / Buy Me a Coffee scripts — loaded from public CDNs (jsdelivr, cdnjs). Your browser's request to a CDN exposes its IP address to that CDN.
• Vercel — hosting and analytics provider for UIGRAM.

7. Users in the European Economic Area, UK and California

Where required by law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar), we and our advertising partners ask for your consent before storing or reading non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser. Under these laws you also have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Since UIGRAM does not maintain user accounts, the practical scope of these rights is limited to log data and any email exchange — please email contact@uigram.com to exercise them.

8. Children

UIGRAM is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, give notice on the site. Continued use of UIGRAM after a change means you accept the updated policy.
